The main unit is 1,498 square feet with 3 bedrooms that are arranged on one side of the house. 2 bedrooms are located off of the entryway, with a full bathroom between. The primary bedroom sits toward the back of the plan. This bedroom is spacious and includes vaulted ceilings, a large walk-in closet, a luxurious bathroom with double sinks, tile shower and private toilet.

The ADU is 640 square feet with a private entrance. The unit includes a full kitchen, living room and dining area. The ADU also has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a stacked washer and dryer!
